What effect has this platform had on the business?

The portal has had a significant positive impact on our business in that it has substantially increased our efficiency and productivity, it has vastly reduced the amount of physical paperwork our staff undertake and it has given all of our sites the ability to access information remotely.

What's the best thing about it?

Its simplicity. It’s quick and easy to train new staff to use it.

How easy was it to learn to use?

Very easy. Little to no training required. It’s all self-explanatory.

Is there anything else you'd like it to do?

Only what we have already discussed which is add a bolt on to allow the therapy team to add their own notes and the key workers to do the same. We hope to commence this early in the new year.

Is the whole process now automated or do you use others and if so are they paper or web based or other?

We were 90 percent paper based but we have managed to reduce this to somewhere in the region of 25%.
